Are you a teacher and want to track your students attendance? Or maybe you are making an organization regularly and have a similar need. Being aware of the attendance is not only important for you but also for the institution you manage. Well-organized attendance list will highlight absence trends and give necessary information to decide an action plan to change the daily attendance culture.
Depending on what purpose you follow, this simple Monthly Attendance Sheet Excel Template can become handy in these kinds of situations. It helps you maintain accurate records in a quick manner.
Now, let’s dive into the template:
Monthly Attendance Sheet Features:
On the Dashboard, you will find drop-down which you can select the Year in order to input your students. So it does not require to buy or prepare another template once the season is over.
Every month has a separate section. All you have to do is, input the names that you want to track on the dashboard.
MONTHS (Jan, Feb, Mar…)
Once you do that the names will appear in every other month’s attendance sheet and situation sheet automatically. So you do not need to put all the names in each month manually.
You can keep the records on each month’s own section with the options you have already determined before such as if the student is either excused, present, tardy or unexcused.
No need to type in every time, just select the necessary cell for each student for that day and click the option you would like to choose. If the options do not suit you or to your work, you can easily customize and put the accurate ones which suit you the best.
Each Attendance List has conditional formatting which helps you identify the problematic ones by the marks you give. Once you give the marks Excel automatically prepares the situation of each student/employee (or depending on whatever you are keeping this template) right below the attendance sheet.
It is easy to use and once you print, you will able to print the whole section you would like to print.
