“Bill to” part is dynamically connected to your Customer database, so you can select the Client Company name from Dropdown list. Besides that he Table Description for Materials and Labor are connected to their database. After you select Material, you will only need to enter quantity manually. The template will populate Unit price and Total automatically. Apply the same procedure for the “Labor” section as well.
In case there are any, you can enter manually your Discount Amount and tax rate to the Total Amount.
Finally, In “Remarks” section select Payment method from the Dropdown menu. All other payment instructions and conditions will be retrieved from the Payment details tab that you have already input.
Details of services is a kind of notes box which you can enter additional data or comment if you have anything to indicate.
